At BondhuCart (Subhajit Mondal), we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy (7 Days Only)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Issue details
  • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders ⚠️

For COD orders:

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
  • ₹100–₹150 may be deducted as logistics/handling fee
  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (not cash)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be approved/rejected
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund method:

  • Online payment → back to original payment method
  • COD → via UPI / bank transfer

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank/payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  • Return the original product
  • Place a new order
